This journey started long before Evvolution was born. It began in a moment of deep loss that reshaped my purpose.

​

I was 19 years old, pursuing my Bachelor's degree, when I lost one of my brothers. His life was cut short too soon, and I was left with questions that had no answers. Why him? Why did life continue as if nothing had happened? I felt lost. Searching for meaning, I turned to books—self-help, psychology, anything that could help me make sense of life and loss. That curiosity became my calling.

I wanted to understand human behavior, not just to heal myself but to help others navigate the challenges of life and work.

​

That calling led me to earn a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Of all the places where human behavior unfolds, the workplace fascinated me the most. My career became my anchor. It gave me direction, a sense of impact, and a way to contribute. I went from an Admin Assistant to a Talent Management Leader in a Fortune 500 company, working directly with Executive Teams for nearly two decades. I led leadership programs, helped people move into global and leadership roles, and shaped healthier work environments.

As my career progressed, I found more and more opportunities to help others grow—coaching leaders, supporting career transitions, and shaping workplace cultures where people could thrive.

​

But life has a way of testing our resilience. In recent years, Puerto Rico has faced hurricanes, earthquakes, and a global pandemic. Personally, I experienced deep losses that took me back to that 19-year-old version of myself—searching for purpose again. And just like before, I found clarity in contributing, in using my skills to create something meaningful.

​

That’s why I founded Evvolution.

​

Not every workplace is a great place to work. Not every leader knows how to bring out the best in their team. And too many people go through their careers feeling disengaged, unfulfilled, or stuck.
